I had a wonderful stay at Lady Bowen Bed & Breakfast. The historic setting in Grahamstown was perfect for exploring the charming old cottages and picturesque picnic spots. The bed was comfortable and the quality linen made for a great night's sleep. The generous breakfast was exactly as advertised, and I loved dining in the pretty garden setting. The large upstairs verandah offered fine views, especially during sunsets. The attentive hosts and friendly family cat made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this B&B for its perfect location, cozy atmosphere, and friendly hosts.

Had a great experience during Christmas at this historical B&B. the hosts were very friendly and willing to share their knowledge about the location. Loved the proper cooked breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee bar with artisan mugs. the location was peacefully quiet and was really relaxing.

One point to note is the shared bathroom among all the guests that might not appeal to everyone. given the historical nature of the building, this is understandable.

I had a truly amazing experience staying at this 4-star hotel in Thames. The historic building, with its 19th-century style, was a pleasure to be in. From the moment I checked in, the hosts made me feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect - in a quiet area near a beautiful park and coastal walkway, yet still within a short walk to the bustling city center. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a great variety of food to choose from. I also appreciated the many amenities offered by this hotel, such as the free Wi-Fi, sun terrace, and picnic area. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends. This place offers an exceptional experience with its beautiful historic building, excellent service, and convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming historic area, handy to the town centre. the owners were accommodating and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with a good view of the town. the garden was well maintained and a great place to relax in such a gracious historic place.

The shared bathrooms lacked the necessary privacy and were not convenient for female guests.
